What Caused the Problem?

Recovery Steps

Open the Event Log for this storage array by selecting Advanced >> Troubleshooting >> View Event Log in the Array Management Window. Look for any recent entries indicating the nature of the failure.

Check the storage array for fault indicator lights or other signs of failures.

If...

Then...

There are no indications of failures

You can ignore this failure.

You suspect a failure

 Click the Recheck button to rerun the Recovery Guru. The failure should no longer appear in the Summary area. If the failure appears again, contact your technical support representative.
