Use the Virtual Disk Properties dialog to view basic information about a . When you activate the , you specify the placement of the . You can either use existing or you can create a for the virtual disks from and specify the level. You can choose , , or for the Mirror Repository Virtual Disks.
Two Mirror Repository Virtual Disks are created for . Each virtual disk stores mirroring information for one of the in the ; however, they are both owned by one of the RAID controller modules. The capacity is set at 128 MB for each virtual disk. The is set at 32 KB (or 64 blocks). The RAID controller module determines the . You cannot change the segment size and modification priority for a virtual disk.
Note: To delete the Mirror Repository Virtual Disks, select Storage Array >> Remote Virtual Disk Mirroring >> Deactivate . Deactivating the Remote Virtual Disk Mirroring feature automatically removes the Mirror Repository Virtual Disks for the storage array.
