To set up global email settings, you must have the following information. If you do not know this information, contact your
network administrator.
Global email server
The name of the gateway of the mail server from which you want to send the email alerts. An example is smtp@mycompany.com.
Global email sender address
The email address that you want to show as the sender on every email message, such as that of the network administrator.
Sender contact information
Additional information about the sender. An example is the sender’s name, company, and phone number. This information is optional.
You do not need to give this information for the global email to operate.
