Incompatible Physical Disk Due to Unsupported Sector Size

What Caused the Problem?

A physical disk is incompatible for use in this storage array because it is formatted with a sector size that is not supported by the storage array or by the expansion enclosure that the physical disk was inserted into. The Recovery Guru Details area provides specific information you will need as you follow the recovery steps.

Recovery Steps

1 Remove the affected physical disk.  Refer to the Details area to see which physical disk has the unsupported sector size.
2 Click Recheck to rerun the Recovery Guru. The failure should no longer appear in the Summary area. If the failure appears again, contact your technical support representative.
