Viewing Associations

Use this option to view the associations that exist between different  within a . Associations are displayed graphically using a separate dialog and might be displayed in both the  and in the .

The Associations View applies to , , , and .

Note: If the virtual disk you select is both a  in a Remote Virtual Disk Mirror, as well as a source virtual disk, then the details for the Mirror Associated Elements appears first in the dialog, followed by the Snapshot Associated Elements details. The source virtual disk component details are not displayed in this instance because they appear in the primary virtual disk details.

Use the following procedure to view associations.

Select a virtual disk in the Logical View of the .

Select View >> Associated Elements.

The View Associated Elements dialog is displayed. The associations that exist for the selected virtual disk are displayed together with the virtual disk name,  (if applicable), and expansion enclosure/slot information.

Select Close.

The View Associated Elements dialog is dismissed.
