Use the Advanced Network Configuration option to allow or disallow remote administration for this
Caution: Potential security risk. Only enable the remote login to allow a Customer and Technical Support representative have access to the RAID controller module. If you leave the
enabled during normal operation, it poses a potential security risk. If you enable remote login for a Customer and Technical Support representative to access your system, disable the remote login when the session is completed to prevent unauthorized access to the system. Disabling remote login ends any current remote login sessions. Any new remote login requests are rejected.

In the Physical View, select a RAID controller module. |

Select RAID Controller Module >> Change >> Network Configuration. |

Click the tab representing the RAID controller module you want to change, and click Advanced. |

To allow outside parties to administer the RAID controller module you chose, select Enable TELNET access to Port <1 | 2> (RAID Controller Module in slot <A | B>) check box. To disallow remote administration of the RAID controller module, deselect the check box. |

Click OK. |

In the confirmation dialog, click Yes. The remote login information has been changed. |
