Failed status

A virtual disk status that occurs when two or more physical disks have failed in the same disk group, or when one or more physical disks have failed in a RAID Level 0 disk group. All of the virtual disks on the disk group are no longer operating. This status is the most serious one for a virtual disk. Physical components, such as RAID controller modules, physical disks, and power supplies, can also have a Failed status in the MD Storage Manager Software.
