How do I free up physical disks?

You can increase your using one of these procedures.

• Reconfigure your storage using one less physical disk.
  • You must first back up your data and move the data off the physical disks.
  • You must delete all of the virtual disks in the disk group.
• You can add a physical disk to an existing disk group.

You can use this unconfigured capacity for these options:

• Configure the physical disk into a different disk group.
• Create a hot spare physical disk.
• Expand a snapshot repository virtual disk.
