A disk group may have an Offline status for the following reasons:

| 2 | Select the Advanced >> Troubleshooting >> View Event Log pull-down menu option from the Array Management Window (AMW) and look for the following events:
Note: If may take several minutes for these events to be logged. Make sure you have the View Details checkbox selected.

| 3 | Select the Advanced >> Troubleshooting >> Support Data >> Collect menu option from the Array Management Window (AMW), and take the appropriate steps to save the support data to a .zip file. |

| 4 | Contact your technical support representative and indicate that your disk group relocation operation failed and that the disk group remains in an Offline state. Send the file you saved in step 3 to your representative and wait for further instruction. | ||||||
| 5 | Click the Recheck button to rerun the Recovery Guru. The failure should no longer appear in the Summary area. If the failure appears again, contact your technical support representative. |
