Reconstructing a Physical Disk

Use the Reconstruct Physical Disk option to manually start of a physical disk only when instructed to do so by the Recovery Guru. Perform the following steps:

Important:

This option is available only when a physical disk is assigned to a , , or with either a status or a status, and reconstruction did not automatically start.
Use this option only under the guidance of a Customer and Technical Support representative.

Select one or more physical disks in the Physical View, and select Advanced >> Recovery >> Reconstruct Physical Disk.

Click Yes.

To view the reconstruction progress, select a in the Logical View that is associated with this physical disk, and select Virtual Disk >> Properties.
