Dynamic RAID Level Migration (DRM)

Dynamic RAID Level Migration (DRM) describes a  used to change the  level on a selected . The RAID level selected determines the level of performance and consistency of a disk group.

This modification operation is considered to be "dynamic" because you have the ability to continually access data on disk groups, , and disk physical disks throughout the entire operation.

Important: You cannot cancel this operation after it begins.
