A storage array world-wide identifier change occurred on this storage array and it was unable to establish a connection and notify a remote storage array with mirror relationships of the change. The Recovery Guru Details area provides specific information you will need as you follow the recovery steps.

Save the current virtual disk configuration from the Storage Array Profile. This information will be used to determine the mirror relationships associated with the affected remote storage array so the configuration can be duplicated. To save the virtual disk information, select the Storage Array >> View >> Profile menu option and select the Virtual Disks tab. Use the Save As button to save the information to a file. |

You must now re-create the mirror relationships for all mirrored virtual disks associated with the remote storage array. Use the file saved in Step 2 to determine which virtual disks are associated with the remote storage array. For each of these virtual disks, perform the following steps:

Click the Recheck button to rerun the Recovery Guru. The failure should no longer appear in the Summary area. If the failure appears again, contact your technical support representative. |
