A mismatch in data rate has been detected in the physical disk channel listed in the Recovery Guru Details area. The port has been bypassed and will not transfer any data until this problem is resolved. The Recovery Guru Details area provides specific information you will need as you follow the Recovery Steps.
Possible causes include:

Check the Summary area of the Recovery Guru to see if a failed SFP is being reported.

Refer to the Details area, and compare the Current data rate for the affected physical disk channel with the Maximum data rate for the SFP in the RAID controller module enclosure's affected port.

Check the SFP in the expansion enclosure that is connected to the port listed in the Details area. The SFP may be failed or may not match the data rate of the rest of the storage array.

Check the data rate switches on the expansion enclosure(s) connected to the physical disk channel listed in the Details area. A data rate switch may be set to a speed that conflicts with the data rate of the RAID controller module's physical disk channel.

Unplug and reconnect the cable at both ends of the port specified in the Details area. Click the Recheck button to rerun the Recovery Guru.

| 6 | Replace the cable attached to the port specified in the Details area, and then go to step 6. | ||||||||||||

Click the Recheck button to rerun the Recovery Guru. The failure should no longer appear in the Summary area. If the failure appears again, contact your technical support representative. |
