Reset Storage Array SOC Baseline

This command resets the baseline for all switch-on-a-chip (SOC) devices accessed through the RAID controller modules. This command resets the baseline by setting all SOC counts to 0. This command is valid only for Fibre Channel devices in an Arbitrated Loop topology.
