Delete Host

This command deletes a host.

Syntax

delete host [hostName]

Parameters

Parameter	Description
hostName	Name of the host you want to delete. Enclose the host name in square brackets ([ ]). If the host name has more than one word, white spaces, or special characters, you must also enclose the host name in double quotes (" ").

Notes

A host is a computer that is attached to the storage array and accesses the virtual disks on the storage array through its host bus adapter (HBA) host ports.
