Use the Re-create option when you want to re-create a
Caution: Potential loss of data redundancy -- If the snapshot virtual disk is in an
state, it is first disabled, and then re-created. This action invalidates the current snapshot. Important:
- To re-create the snapshot virtual disks correctly, follow the instructions for your operating system in Create Snapshot Virtual Disk Wizard: Additional Instructions. Failing to follow these additional instructions could create unusable snapshot virtual disks.
- To use this option, the snapshot virtual disk must be in either an
state or a Disabled state
.
- When using this option, the previously configured snapshot name, parameters, and
are used.
