Obtaining a Feature Key File

Select Storage Array >> Premium Features.

The Premium Features and Feature Pack Information window appears.

Select a feature in the Premium Features installed on storage array panel.

Write down the number in the Feature Enable Identifier field. Also write down the service tag, if one is available.

Note: On Windows platforms, you can highlight the number and copy it to the clipboard.

Type or paste the Feature Enable Identifier into an email or a text document, and send it to your storage supplier. Be sure to tell them which feature you need enabled.

Your storage supplier generates and sends you a Feature Key File specific to your storage array.
