Link errors detected within the physical disk-side channel ports and the physical disk ports.

The errors detected are represented as a count (32 bit field) of error occurrences, accumulated over time within the . This provides a coarse measure of the integrity of the N_Port.

No means is provided to reset the Read Link Status; it is merely allowed to overflow and reset.
