Event Log

The Event Log is a detailed log of events that occur on the . The following are examples of events that are logged to the Event Log:

• Configuration events, such as  creation or the assignment of a physical disk as a hot spare
• Failures of storage array components

The Event Log is stored in reserved areas on the disks in the storage array.
